If you would like to return your item, no problem, Please return within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.

If you could pop us an email with your order number and name so we know to expect your item back that would be great, alternatively just pop your info in the parcel with the item.

Unfortunately we do not offer prepaid returns and recommend you get proof of postage on sending the item back to us.

Please take care when trying your new clothes/shoes on as any items stained with make-up etc or scuffed will not be eligible for a refund (items are checked on receival of return)
